Rohini turns one!

Nanu and Nani decided to host the party at Zum Inder which is the most suitable venue for these kind of celeberations. The menu was kept simple: 3 starters to include seekh kebab, fish pakodas and vegetable samosas, the main course was comprised of lamb curry, chicken kali mirch, rice pilaff, chole paneer and paranthas.

Cake for the ceremony was finalised by the big boss and it turned out to be a strawberry cake with princess photo decoration on it.

Party's theme was suppose to be a disco night but as it happens in most of the cases the dress code is tough to implement. Most of the family members stuck to the dress code and were looking fabulous in their respective attires including me :)

In order to bring some fun to the party I ensured that disco songs from 80s were played as DJing was mostly done by me and assisted by Rohit and Navnit. Ruppy rocked the bar and churned out rocking mojitos one after another. There were few casualities as well as a result of few dodgy mojitos (victims can post their comments in the end).

There was a bollywood quiz to entertain the guests which was duly won by Nany and Nanu as it was found out that Rupy cheated by leaking out the questions and few of the participants were indulged in googling the answers.
The chief person ( Rohini) maintained her composure throughout the party and looked stunning in her red dress.

It was a fun evening and the one to be remembered for always.
Finally a big thank you to Khurana uncle and Abbi family for making a visit for the birthday. Thank you to Papa and Mummy for sponsoring the party, special thanks to Navianny, Rabu, Ruppy, Nany and the rest for making the party such an entertaining affair.
